Version 3.0.3 enables the hardened runtime collector paths in the production extraction flow.

Fixed

• ARM child-resource collection is enabled in normal extraction.
• Storage operational enrichment and the subscription security/policy sweep are enabled in normal extraction.

Verification

• Raw inventory contract: 18 passed.
• Single-pass and StrictMode graph-extraction contracts: 22 passed.
